MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I’m Maurine (aka @fitness_unicorn) and I’m so happy you found your way here!

 

I started my own fitness journey over 15 years ago, as a scared, insecure teenager who was used to trying to shrink herself in an effort not to stand out.

 

After battling an eating disorder in my early teens, I found the gym and it helped me build confidence and resilience, and empowered me to stop hiding and start showing up as the person I always wanted to be! Almost 15 years later, I haven't looked back.

The same thing is available to you.


I firmly believe that the body of your dreams is a byproduct of the actions you take every single day: your lifestyle, your habits, and your mindset. If you truly want to become the best version of yourself, long term, you need to look beyond ‘just a training plan’ and take a holistic approach to your health and fitness.
